The Victoria Immigrant & Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) supports newcomers across Greater Victoria with programs that build connection and belonging. As a Hosted Organization of the Victoria Foundation, this work is sustained through long-term community investment.
In 2025-26, VIRCS also received additional support through the Victoria Foundation’s Vital Youth program, with funding directed by Parklands Secondary School to further expand their impact.
