Tannis is a Certified Human Resources Professional who built her career across institutional asset management and investment banking in both Canada and the U.K. Today, she is a Vice President, HR at BCI where she focuses on strategy, organizational transformation, and executive compensation. At work, Tannis is passionate about collaboration, governance, and mentorship. At home, she is busy with her 4 children, garden, and labradoodle.
Tannis has called Victoria home since 2016 and has been actively involved in the community, serving as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters and supporting the Victoria Women’s Transition House Society. She has been a member of the Community Engagement Committee since 2023.
