New publication highlights Victoria Foundation’s community impact, 90th anniversary

A new annual publication is helping the Victoria Foundation mark its 90th anniversary this year, and to bring out stories about the its ongoing impact in the capital region. The free magazine is called Thread, with its first edition appearing this month in both print and digital formats.
